(for 2-3 pork tenderloins)
1 1/4 C vegetable oil
3/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
2 T dry mustard
1 T pepper
1/2 C red wine vinegar
1 1/2 T parsley
1/3 C lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Blend the above the marinade ingredients in a blender. Pour over tenderloins and marinade for 3-4 hours.
