Honey-Wheat pizza dough

3 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 cups water plus 1 Tablespoon
3 Cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons salt
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil plus 2 teaspoons for coating

Dissolve the yeast in the water and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes.  Be sure that the water temperature is not too hot.
