1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
Blend and then add
3 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
Chill for at least an hour. (you know how I feel about that....)
Bake at 350 for 6-10 minutes

I roll the dough a little thick (at least a 1/4 inch) and bake them for 7 - 9 minutes... they are even better the next day. YUMMMM!
